Serial number or IMEI

In this way, we detect the type of device and check whether the equipment has a service history. You will find the serial number, among others shown in red below.

Device

Enter information about the device, accessories that you attach to the package and describe the problem you are reporting in detail. Do not attach accessories that do not affect the diagnosis and repair, i.e. a mouse, keyboard, headphones, etc.

Owner

Enter the details of the owner of the reported product. If the owner is a company - a VAT invoice will be issued. In the case of a private individual, the invoice will be a fiscal receipt.

Door-to-door

Decide whether you want to use our shipping method or send equipment on your own. Using courier services in case of repair is free. In the form below you can also enter the address to which we will send the product after service.

We will entrust a courier company with the arrival and collection of the device reported to the service. Select the day and hourly period that suits you, securely pack the equipment together with the shipping card you have downloaded and hand it over to an authorized courier.

Securely pack the equipment together with the taken shipping card, stick the waybill we sent you and leave the equipment at any parcel locker at any time! Without declarations and expectations.

Additional services

Select if the device should be diagnosed in normal mode or you want to skip queue and save time ( this service costs PLN 50 ). If you have one, you can also enter a discount code.
